09:00: Departure from Santiago
Transfer from the hotel to the vineyard. The trip lasts approximately 1 hour.
10:30: Tour of the Casas Del Bosque winery + tasting of 4 wines (Sauvignon Blanc Reserva, Chardonnay Gran Reserva, Carmenere Gran Reserva and Syrah Pequeñas)
Guided tour of the exterior, the cellar, tank room, and barrels + tasking of 4 wines (Sauvignon Blanc Reserva, Chardonnay Gran Reserva, Carmenere Gran Reserva y Syrah Pequeñas).
12:30: 3-course lunch at Tanino, one of the best restaurants in the Casablanca Valley
Recognized for its excellent cuisine and service, in a cozy atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful gardens, with a privileged view of the vineyards. The gastronomic team, together with its oenologist, work to achieve perfect harmony between their wines and each of the dishes prepared. Fresh ingredients, local products and a modern cuisine that incorporates fish, shellfish, meat and pasta achieve a gastronomy full of flavors and textures that highlight all the benefits of its wines. You will eat in one of the 20 best vineyard restaurants in the world recognized by the Canadian magazine Wine Access.
You will have a 3 courses lunch with a wine pairing at the Tanino Restaurant.
Located within the vineyard is a modern Wine Shop with 220 m2 of avant-garde architecture where you can find the whole range of wines at a discount including as well as products associated with wine.
